Refund policy
Draft for review: Refund eligibility, advance payments, milestone approvals, cancellation periods and any non-refundable fees must match the terms you actually agree with each client. Confirm these terms before publication.
Web Ministers provides website design and development services. Each project can have different scope, milestones, timelines and pricing, so the specific proposal or written agreement for your project governs refunds and cancellations.
Before work begins
If you want to cancel before the project begins, contact us promptly. We will review any payment received, committed third-party expenses and the applicable written agreement, then explain whether a refund is available.
After work begins
When design, development, revisions or other agreed work has started, the amount of work completed and any committed costs will be considered in line with your accepted proposal. A refund is not automatic and will be decided under the project terms and applicable law.
Third-party costs
Domain names, hosting, paid software, licences and other third-party services may have separate cancellation or refund terms. We will identify any such costs in your quote or agreement where relevant.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Email info@webministers.com with your business name, project reference (if available), the payment details and the reason for your request. We will review the request and reply with the applicable next steps.
Disputes
Where a concern arises about scope, delivery or quality, please contact us so we can review the agreed requirements and seek a practical resolution. Nothing on this page limits rights you may have under applicable law.
